Depending on your relationship with us, and how you have come in contact with our services, different parts of our privacy policy will apply to you. If you have joined or visited a workspace (whether on a Starter or Pro account), or are viewing the presentation of a business (as a reader, with no a ccount), our customer (usually a company or an organization) is the controller of the information provided to Pitch via the use of Pitch. To understand how your data is processed, you will need to review their policies. In all other cases, Pitch will be the controller of your data and the following provisions will apply.
